Requirements

Some requirements depend on the specific job and destination, however, these are genereral requirements for all our employees:

• You must be a European citizen or allowed to work in Europe without complications
• You must speak English fluently. Speaking other languages is a great advantage. Speaking or understanding some Danish is a plus.
• You should ideally be able to work for a minimum of 8 consecutive weeks (sometimes a shorter period can be offered) - if you can work longer it's an advantage and this will be prioritised
• You must be able to join us for two weekends in the spring in Copenhagen, Denmark, for training, as well as one weekend after the season for evaluation
• You must be social and willing to be part of team both professionally and personally. Our guides live closely together in shared rooms at the destination and both work and socialize with the team.

• Usually 22-28 years old
• People of many backgrounds including students with a wide variety of educations
• Usually many Danes as we are based in Denmark, however all nationalities are welcome
